Founded in 2948 by former UEE Navy commanders, Deimos began as a small security detail for mining operations in the Stanton system up until 2955 which marked the beginning of the 'Fight for Pyro' where the Headhunters, Citizens for Prosperity, and Frontier Fighters fought in skirmishes throughout the Pyro System. Deimos took advantage of the three way conflict and established themselves as a legitimate private military contracting company, offering contracts with other organizations and companies, providing both combat and logistics based services in an attempt to monopolize the conflict. After the Frontier Fighters were exposed as the culprits behind a major attack on Stanton, Deimos Contracts was forced to terminate all existing contracts with the vigilante group in order to avoid backlash from the UEE, now focusing all efforts into supplying the Citizens for Prosperity and eradicating the Frontier Fighters in order to gain more publicity and recognition. After the Frontier Fighters were pushed back and the fight for Pyro had calmed, credits became slow, forcing Deimos Contracts to take a step back and return to Stanton in order to cement themselves in the UEE and contract with larger industries and organizations. With the UEE in a moment of brief tranquility, Deimos Contracts grew further ambitions, now with a goal set in mind to expand and take control over conflict, monopolize war, and become the sole military force of the UEE.
